Our guests generally visit from out of the area, and typically stay for 1-6 nights. Once they’ve provided their ID and are approved by us, they book their stay. After each guest departs, your property is thoroughly cleaned to the highest standards by our professional cleaning company, at no cost to you.
Sit back and relax, we’ll handle it all. There’s zero management or time involvement for you. Every aspect of our service is handled entirely by our team.

We list our properties on Airbnb. They are very dedicated to protecting their hosts. They include $1M host liability insurance and $1M host damage protection for any property listed on Airbnb. Host damage protection covers damages to a property or belongings by a guest during an Airbnb stay. Host liability insurance applies in the rare event that a guest gets hurt during an Airbnb stay. So rest assured, we are covered.
If it is a minor repair, we will cover the cost and fix it ourselves. If it is a major repair that was not caused by a guest, we will contact you to handle the repair. For severe damages caused by guests, we will contact Airbnb for reimbursement for the repairs.

It is possible that the regulations regarding short term rentals may change. Unlikely, but possible. For that reason, we have a clause in our rental agreement that if short term rentals become banned in the area or become so regulated that it becomes unprofitable, we will be released from the agreement in the month in which the regulation takes place. Unfortunately, we cannot control the legislation.
